Our carpenters and roofing teams started as labourers, we are registered installers with many of the preferred membrane / waterproofing suppliersand have completed many training courses to keep up to date with the latest products and developments. We will plan your scaffold including tophat installation (if needed) and coordinate every detail of the project. Our staff are harness trained and we complete a 'Working at Height' risk assessment for every project. We will run your project - working with your design team, ordering and managing your material schedules, generating and running a build program and running a tidy and safe site.

We offer a start to finish service when it comes to building! Our staff have been trained inhouse from 'hod' carriers and labourers and have learned their trade over 2 years before being allowed to handle a trowel. We will run your project - working with your design team, ordering and managing your material schedules, generating and running a build program, ensuring your stage inspections with building control are planned and running a tidy and safe site.

Our director, Klod has been in the building industry and installing roofs for over 10 years. He understands the building envelope, cladding installations, timber frame and the internal finishing details including M&E works. Over the past 7 years he has worked with many waterproofing companies understanding the pitfalls and failings of the various products as well as the correct way to install them. His approach is methodical and follows a logical sequence, his reports are descriptive and easy to follow and he understands the frustrations of the clients and building management team.

We recently took on a project for Berkshire Investment Management Ltd as the Principal Contractor. We provided all documentation (CPP, CH&SP, RAMS, Quality Control, Site Health and Safety) and ran the project from start to finish. Full demolition and strip-out, new kitchen and wc install including M&E, media wall and wall construction, skimming, painting & decorating, existing wc upgrades, new school entrance, new fire alarm and door entry systems, full M&E health check on the existing systems, new oak canopies front and rear, roof cleaning, new guttering system, new boundary fencing and gates and some roof repairs. We worked around a live Pre-School working our program so as to cause minimal disturbance to the children, staff and parents. The project time was reduced from 9 to 7 weeks by doing shift and weekend works to minimise impacting the school working hours.
